Electric vehicles and an electric school bus will be featured at the Minnesota State Fair in a parade each afternoon, courtesy of the Minnesota Plugin Vehicle Owners Circle and Great River Energy. The Minnesota State Fair Daily Mall Parade begins at 2 p.m. each day and winds through the heart of the fairgrounds.
